A few business policies to get us started on a smooth path:
Most lead times will be quoted at about 10-14 days. We take our time with making sure custom designs are to the customer's EXACT specifications. Therefore the lead time begins at time of approval. In the case of holidays or when we've posted a "vacation" this lead time could be lengthened.
We will e-mail via Square invoices for all work. You may choose to pay in cash or check as well. Most custom work will be billed at time of order approval, before any work is complete.
All custom work is non-returnable, non-refundable. Proofs are sent beforehand to assure that there are no issues with the design. By paying the invoice, a custom order customer is agreeing to the design as presented.
We do our best to ensure our material is quality. We do not consider knots or other natural occurring markings to be a defect.
All other purchases are exchangeable or refundable.
SHIPPING We do our best to get the closest shipping price for you. At this time all shipments are made via USPS at Priority Mail rates. Based on size and delivery location! A tracking number and pic of receipt will be sent via E-mail or FB messenger at time of shipment.
